Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of the organization’s IT applications and services, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and IT security policies.
Manage and monitor incident resolution and problem management processes to ensure seamless operation of IT applications.
Develop and implement guidelines, procedures, and best practices to enhance incident management, escalation protocols, and system monitoring.
Oversee vendor contracts and budgets related to IT applications and services, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
Provide technical support throughout the entire application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production.
Requirements:
