Working location: Midview City (Nearest MRT: Brighthill)
Working hours: 5 days a week rostered on both weekdays & weekends.
Duration: 1 year renewable.
Salary: $2,550 per month basic + $10 per day shift allowance (for 2pm-11pm shifts)
Shift A: 7am – 4pm
Shift B: 9am – 6pm
Shift C: 2pm – 11pm *Unlikely to be activated for now* SHIFTS ARE ROTATING!

Job scope:

Resolving enquiries from drivers which includes escalated cases – average 12 cases per day.
This is not a call centre job. They resolve cases via emails and do follow up calls only

Requirements

- Reliable, good attitude, willing to go the extra mile kind of personality and has good command of English
- Min O levels or equivalent
- Handled escalation complaints before
