Responsibilities:
Provide professional inputs on training content and delivery approaches to meet the service needs of the social service sector
Prepare sound analysis and recommendations on the feedback obtained at engagement sessions for senior management
Conceptualise and manage the engagement of professionals, professional bodies on professional practice, professional development and sector development
Plan, coordinate and implement the engagement sessions of the Office with the social service sector and external stakeholders
Manage the administrative, finance, human resource support functions of the Office
Coordinate, support and liaise with training vendors on training activities.
Support in the organising of events and activities to increase the capability of social service professionals in the Ministry and the sector
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, sociology or related disciplines
At least 3 years of work experience in the social services or related sector
Motivated and independent worker
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Strong writing and analytical skills
Good team player
