Job Scope:


Inspect vehicles for accident repairs and paintwork, assess damages, and prepare repair estimates and quotations for cash repairs.
Source necessary spare parts for vehicle repairs.
Oversee the repair process for body and paintwork, ensuring it’s completed on time.
Manage claims and ensure timely processing.
Work with insurance surveyors.
Control and manage warehouse stock.
Provide excellent customer service and advice.
Perform quality checks on vehicles before returning them to customers.
Coordinate with subcontractors.
Handle other duties as assigned by management.
