Responsibilities:
Accurately key in date and details of items into the database or system.
Sort and categorize items based on their description and category.
Follow procedures and protocols for handling items, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing the activities.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of records and the availability of items.
Assist in coordinating with customers.
Requirements:
O level, Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years of experience is preferred for this role
