Job Scope:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and support integrated marketing and communication plans for offline advertising, Public Relations, events, and branding, aiming to generate leads, increase engagement, and meet enrolment targets.
  • Assist in media planning, booking, and execution across all channels and platforms.
  • Support the development and production of marketing collaterals, primarily focusing on physical assets. This includes liaising with designers and printers to ensure timely and quality output.
  • Assist in the coordination of events, including logistical arrangements, setup, tear-down, and liaising with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure quality work is produced in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Conduct basic research on industry data, trends, and competitor activities to support marketing decisions.
  • Track and facilitate departmental budgeting, invoicing, and other finance-related requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing department, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned, ensuring flexibility in meeting changing needs within the department.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing and optimizing marketing and communication plans, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to meet deliverables.

  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.
