Partnerships & Events Assistant Manager
We are on the lookout for a Partnerships and Events Specialist. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with our company’s vision and goals. You will be the key driver in forming mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance our brand presence, extend our reach, and create lasting value for our partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify potential partners and opportunities across industries that align with our goals and values.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, stakeholders, and collaborators.
Partnership Negotiation and Execution:
- Establish discussions and negotiations to achieve win-win partnership agreements.
Collaboration Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement partnership initiatives effectively.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for new collaborations.
- Develop innovative strategies to maximize the value and impact of partnerships.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance and ROI of partnerships.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize future collaborations.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute events (e.g., product launches, workshops, networking sessions) that enhance our brand and engage our audience.
- Including venue sourcing, logistics management and on-the-day execution.
Pre-requisites
- A diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, Public Relations or relevant field is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recent work experience in the partnerships space with a large organization or events industry
- Portfolio of successful events
- Strong execution skills
- Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook is a must.
- A keen eye for details; creative problem-solving attitude; strong time management; and adaptable interpersonal skills.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
