Travel Agency Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Travel Agency Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves handling inquiries, providing information on travel services, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding travel packages, bookings, and promotions.
- Maintain an organized front desk and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Coordinate with travel consultants and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and stock management of brochures or promotional materials.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking customer customers who require assistance in their preferred language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
Working Hours & Benefits:
