  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes affect employees, processes, and stakeholders
  • Design and implement communication and training plans to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, or technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with change initiatives
  • Storyboard solutions to senior management/stakeholders, including refinement of target solutions with relevant stakeholders to achieve desired business objective
Business Data Analysis & Insight:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for business improvement
  • Use data to drive changes and to facilitate improvement in operational processes, with the targeted outcome including reduction of manual work and improvement in turnaround in business intelligence
  • Utilize statistical models, forecasting techniques, and visualization tools to present insights
  • Support leadership teams with data-backed recommendations/analysis for key business decisions
Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory:
  • Work closely with executives and business leaders to understand challenges and align data-driven solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive engagement
  • Develop executive reports and dashboards to communicate insight and track progress
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minum of 5 years of experience in Banking/Finance sector
  • Passion in data, with strong knowledge of SQL/Tableau preferred
  • Experience in a change role and strong communication skill preferred
  • Strong business acumen with a keen focus on achieving measurable outcomes
