We invite you to join us in building a #CityofGood together.Job DescriptionA) Project prep and follow-up work including:
  • Research and/or follow up on potential organisations and/or charities for further partnerships
  • Monitor, follow up and track attendance of all events (on Excel)
  • Send pre- and post-event emails using Mail Merge or other functions (reminder to attend event, asking for feedback etc)
  • Upload attendance and related data into Salesforce
  • Tracking of performance of programs
B) Project logistics support including:
  • Source for suitable F&B, venue options and other related items for events
  • Receive F&B items, setting them up at designated areas and ensure proper clean-up after
  • Set up venues (at NVPC and external) and tear down after
Qualifications
  • Year 2 4 student at a local university
  • Able to write clearly and concisely
  • Able to analyse simple data and make recommendations
  • Has an eye for details
  • Enjoys event management preferably
