Summary of the position/scope of work:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Infrastructure Data Analyst & Transformation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering data related to our infrastructure, network, server, and storage systems, and leveraging AI and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to transform this data into actionable insights.This role will also involve providing value added service ( interface , chatbot) to clients, ensuring seamless operations and driving continuous improvement.Scope of duties:· Data Gathering & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and manage data from infrastructure, network, server, and storage systems.· AI & GenAI Transformation: Utilize AI and GenAI tools to process and transform data into valuable insights, driving strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.· Client Support: Provide daily support to clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and enhancing their experience with our infrastructure solutions.· DevOps Integration: Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate and optimize data collection and processing pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data management processes, introduce innovative solutions, and implement best practices.· Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, GenAI, and infrastructure technology, sharing insights and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer.· Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.
