  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Provide valuable and expert advice to customers on skincare, beauty products, and services offered

  • Attend to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive counter and work area

  • Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered

  • Operate sales transactions in the system and do closing for daily sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Check and maintain stock inventory, sales reports and invoices for our Takashimaya Beauty counter or Royal Square shop.

  • Play an active role in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets

  • If able, to demonstrate and perform beauty treatments to clients such as facials, makeovers, and skincare consultations

  • Also, if able to do Social Media posts and customer engagement marketing activities.

Requirements

  • No experience is welcome, however further education or coursework in beauty and retail sales would be of better advantage.

  • Must have a passion for and knowledge of the beauty industry

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute effectively to team goals and performance

  • Must be able to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays, Full-time and Part-time welcomed

  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or the beauty industry is preferred
