Customer interaction: They engage directly with customers, understanding their needs, providing product demonstrations, and offering solutions that best fit the customer's requirements.
Sales and negotiation: They are responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales deals. This involves preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. This includes handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring clients receive ongoing support.
Market analysis: They monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Project coordination: In some situation, they may coordinate projects, ensuring smooth implementation of products or services sold, and liaising between different departments or teams.
