  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and provide product information and recommendations.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.

  • Assist customers in selecting products, upselling, and cross-sell products.

Operations:

  • Assist with stock checks and inventory counts, report low stock levels, and replenish shelves.

  • Receive and unpack deliveries and keep the store clean and tidy.

  • Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled.

  • Perform daily cash reconciliation and basic reporting

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Secondary education (e.g., GCE ‘O’ Levels)

  • Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred

  • Comfortable handling cash transactions and using POS systems

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident to perform well under pressure

  • Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
