Project Manager
Our client is a boutique Interior Design firm specializing in creating innovative interiors for corporate space.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Quantity Survey
- Client liaison
- Monitor site progress & provide analyst report on site progress
- Area associated with project management For the successful completion and documentation of all project from tendering to construction and post-construction phases, when assigned to do so.
- Provide client servicing and follow-up to ensure satisfaction, while maintaining alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency
- Monitor the design & costing of all projects assigned during the design phase of works.
- Obtain best results in terms of performance & budget from the contractors, consultants & vendors appointed for the projects under your management.
- All projects are completed according to design specifications (quality).
- Counsel, coach and assist, when necessary, members of the Studio Team the practice of excellence in project management.
- Ensure for zero defect within 2 weeks after Practical Completion of all projects under your management.
- Ensure all authority submissions are submitted on time and in accordance with locality requirements.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Any other job assigned by the managing director
