Customer and Vendor Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure project success.
- Lead meetings and deliver presentations for diverse audiences, including customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Reporting and Compliance
- Provide timely and accurate reports to direct reports and stakeholders.
- Deliver comprehensive updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Proven project management experience in high-volume, complex environments, specifically within the banking sector.
- Expertise in TechRefresh and relocation projects.
- Strong experience in managing vendor and customer relationships.
Technical and Personal Skills
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive self-starter with high energy and adaptability to ambiguity.
