Sales Account Manager
As a Sales Account Manager, you are a key driver of business growth, forging strong client relationships and uncovering new opportunities to expand our reach. Your role goes beyond sales—you are a trusted partner who understands customer needs, delivers tailored solutions, and ensures a seamless experience that contributes to long-term success.
- You are responsible to identifying customers’ needs and satisfy their requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships -- contribution to overall sales team and business success.
- Coordinate with inter-departments/vendors/manufacturers to achieve business goals.
- Maintain and update sales reports/forecasts.
- Start off by participating in the generation of proposals/quotations to understand the sales process.
- Handle ad hoc assignments given by superior.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering/ Electronics/ Telecommunication or related fields
- Dynamic, positive and outgoing personality
- Candidates with cybersecurity/ telecommunication / electronics background are welcome
- Attractive remuneration based on experience
Attractive remuneration package including basic salary & commissions.
Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for senior positions.
