· Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Telegram, etc.), ensuring product listings, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
· Manage and optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience and resolving any issues effectively.

Position Qualifications and Requirements
· Diploma
· Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation)
· Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Telegram, or similar platforms.
· Ability to handle returns/ refunds / and customer inquires
· Familiarity with optimizing website performance and improving user experience to drive conversions.
· Proficiency in photo editing tools
· Ability to communicate with co-workers at all levels.
· Ability to perform under stress, multi-task and deliver within tight deadlines.
