Position: Business Development Manager
Salary range: $5000-$7000
Working hours: 8:45am-5:45pm (Mon-Fri), 8:45am-12:45pm (Sat)

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Identify, acquire, develop and expand customer base in the different verticals within the Oil and Gas, EPC and/or Marine industry.
• Conduct presentation on proposals and deliverables to promote and achieve sales closure.
• Evaluate customer requests, provide solutions and price quotations.
• Follow up with customers/prospects on the RFQs/enquiry status.
• Customer relationship building and manage customers’ expectations by conducting regular visits and facilitating exchange correspondences.
• Keep abreast of market and industry development and give regular feedback and recommendation to internal organisation.
• Attend related industry events and exhibitions to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales revenue.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Min Diploma holder / Degree
• Must have min 3 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding industry preferably in the Oil and Gas, EPC and/or Marine industry.
• Highly motivated and a goal getter
• Solution Driven
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
