Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of bicycles and related products. They are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be a decision maker in the Leadership group and will be ultimately responsible for the marketing budget, working together to drive the overall performance of all marketing activities.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's brand presence across the SEA region to achieve sales objectives. You will develop a comprehensive marketing calendar, manage various promotional activities across different channels, and lead digital marketing initiatives. Your keen eye for market research will help identify opportunities for growth while your analytical skills will keep you abreast of market conditions. You'll also have the opportunity to identify sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand values. Your ability to manage budgets effectively will ensure that all marketing plans are executed within agreed parameters.

• Develop the marketing calendar informed by the marketing strategy/plan to drive traffic to offline and online channels.

• Manage, integrate and coordinate the implementation of all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

• Support the marketing activities of key distribution partners.

• Lead, manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities.

• Conduct market research to determine market opportunities.

• Analyze current market conditions, consumer’s demand, and competitor information.

• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

• Manage the marketing budget and deliver execution of the marketing plan within agreed budget.

• Identify sponsorship and ambassador opportunities.

As an experienced Marketing Manager, you bring a wealth of knowledge from various functions including strategy, digital, retail events, advertising, sponsorship. Your excellent strategic thinking coupled with your problem-solving abilities make you an asset in any team. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front. Your customer-first approach has given you experience in understanding audiences and their purchasing journeys. Your ability to communicate effectively allows you to interact seamlessly with stakeholders. Your experience in managing budgets and aligning them with key business objectives is crucial to this role. Your critical thinking, collaborative skills, and attention to detail will be invaluable in coordinating regional business activities.

• A tertiary Marketing degree with more than 7 years of experience across various functions including strategy, digital, retail, events, advertising, sponsorship.

• Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills with strong relationship building abilities.

• High performer with a willingness to lead from the front.

• Customer-first approach with experience in understanding audiences and their journeys to purchase.

• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with stakeholders.

• Experience in managing a budget aligned with key business objectives.

• Proven critical thinking and collaborative skills for regional business coordination.

• Analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
