Job Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Sales Executives, Sales Representatives, and Sales Promoters to drive business growth in the Singapore market.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to help achieve sales targets and profit goals.
• Responsible for creating the annual sales plan, budget, and forecast for assigned channels, as well as developing an action plan to meet business objectives.
• Analyze sales data, evaluate the success of promotional activities, and leverage market intelligence to refine strategies.
• Expand sales and distribution channels, including managing relationships with distributors.
• Collaborate closely with retailers and distributors to negotiate and review trading terms and promotion schedules.
• Continuously assess and improve policies and processes, while developing a strategic plan for growth.
• Prepare regular management reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the FMCG industry for the Singapore market, with experience in leading a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SAP or similar software.
• Detail-oriented with a strong business acumen.
• Strong interest and aptitude for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Excellent analytical thinking and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
