Job Responsibilities
• Identify, target, and secure corporate clients for long-term stays.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain a excellent pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
• Manage relationships with Online Travel Agents to optimize room inventory and pricing.

Job Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in a B2B sales role within the Hospitality / Serviced Apartments industries.
• Prior experience in managing Online Travel Agents will be advantageous.
• Comfortable in meeting and exceeding given sales targets and able to build long-term working relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
