Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
• Identify and target key players in the commercial real estate and office building sectors, including property developers, building owners, and facility managers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market penetration for smart workspace solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building automation technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Client Engagement
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders in the building automation ecosystem, such as suppliers of turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms, and other systems.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points in managing office buildings.
• Present tailored smart workspace solutions that enhance operational efficiency, security, and tenant satisfaction.
Sales Process Management
• Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions that connect building automation systems with smart workspace technologies.
• Prepare persuasive proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements that align with client needs and budgets.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives aligned with company goals.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, forecasts, and market insights.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in building automation, smart office, or related industries.
• Proven track record of selling solutions to commercial real estate developers, property managers, and related stakeholders.
Skills & Knowledge
• Strong understanding of building automation systems, including turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of IoT and smart workspace solutions, including integration with building systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Expertise in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Personal Attributes
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
