Omni-channel Analysis:

  • Analyze data from all sales channels, including online and offline for travel retail and non-travel retail segment, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Manage and prioritize projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze existing business processes across all channels and identify areas for optimization and automation.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
  • Document and maintain business processes and best practices.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling data-driven presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop a deep understanding of key business drivers and translate data insights into impactful visual representations.

Ad-hoc Support:

  • Provide timely and effective support on ad-hoc requests and emerging business needs related to data analysis across all business segments.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and urgent requests.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Business Analyst or a similar role, with a strong understanding of retail operations.
  • Experience working with data from both online and offline channels is essential.
  • Familiarity with the travel retail sector and its unique dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with e-Commerce, Travel Retail, customer trends and preferences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven project management experience with outstanding time management skills and the capacity to multitask effectively
  • Experience collaborating with Data Scientists and leveraging data science techniques is a plus.
