4. Logistics & Order Fulfillment

  • Ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders and maintain high service levels.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and guidelines.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment rates.
  • Use data and analytics to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and drive decision-making.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic improvements.
  • Liaise with vendors, transport companies, and clients to ensure smooth supply chain management.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer or supplier complaints effectively.
