In this pivotal role, you will lead our trade marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, driving demand and optimizing our e-commerce presence to achieve substantial business growth for the Sandisk Flash Product portfolio
  • Develop and implement comprehensive consumer marketing strategies to increase demand and market share across APAC
  • Spearhead e-commerce and social commerce initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our online brand presence and drive incremental revenue sales
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Create and execute innovative demand generation campaigns tailored to diverse APAC markets
  • Manage and mentor a team of trade marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and alliance partners
  • Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in trade marketing, demand generation, and e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in trade marketing or related field, with a focus on demand generation and e-commerce
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing strategies in APAC markets
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
  • Proficiency in project management and budget oversight
  • In-depth knowledge of APAC market trends, consumer behavior, and the regional e-commerce landscape
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required
