As a Warehouse Inventory Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and organizing inventory, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality

- Organize and maintain inventory by utilizing proper storage methods

- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies

- Update inventory records in the system and generate reports as needed

- Assist in picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with other team members to optimize warehouse processes

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards

- Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirement:

- Nitec and above in any major.

- Previous experience in a warehouse operations or inventory management role with reachtruck operations experience is a plus

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software

- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Team player with good communication skills
