Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & System Administration
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud services.
- Configure and administer Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring uptime and availability.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
2. User Support & IT Helpdesk
- Provide technical support to end-users on applications, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Configure, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

3. IT Security & Compliance

Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Familiarity with network protocols, cybersecurity practices, and cloud services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues efficiently.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
