Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & System Administration

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud services.
  • Configure and administer Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring uptime and availability.

2. User Support & IT Helpdesk

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, cybersecurity practices, and cloud services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues efficiently.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
