Job Description:

• Report to the Managing Director, support with diary and administration management
• Schedule internal and external meetings
• Support with preparing documents (agendas and presentations)
• Organise team meetings, and track actions following the meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transportation
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and distribute reports and other documents as required
• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and offsite events
• Coordinate events, attend offsite meetings and support as needed (minutes and actions)
• Manage confidential projects and provide support for personal work on an ad-hoc basis


Job Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary/Executive Assistant
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within a team
• Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving and taking initiative
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
