Responsibilties:

Providing personalized financial services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and affluent clients. The primary goal is to build strong relationships and offer tailored banking solutions to meet their financial needs.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HNW Banking clients, providing them with personalized financial advice and services.
  • Identify and acquire new HNW clients through referrals, networking, and proactive sales efforts. Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and insurance
  • Understand clients' financial goals and provide customized solutions in wealth management, investments, insurance, Bonds, Equities, other banking services.
  • Oversee the portfolio of HNW clients, ensuring their financial objectives are being met and providing proactive recommendations for portfolio optimization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retain and grow relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., product specialists, credit officers) to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients, and ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
  • Stay informed about the latest market trends, competitor offerings, and economic conditions to offer clients the most relevant financial advice.
  • Ensure all activities and transactions adhere to regulatory guidelines and the bank’s internal policies to manage risks effectively.
  • Engage with clients through networking events, marketing campaigns, seminars, and roadshows to expand the bank’s reach within the priority customer segment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Prior experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services on sales and client relationship management.
