Sales Strategy & Planning Director, APAC Skin Health
Key Responsibilities
Works on delivering Skin Health & Beauty Category-Channel Strategy and Go-to-Market toolkits.
Works closely with Segment teams and local market directors to build strong Key Customer Plans and Activation Grids
Drives right Customer inputs into Segment plans, and connects closely with Segment teams to deliver shopper & retail execution toolkits (top BMC focused) as part of product innovation launches.
Develops & delivers Perfect Store guidelines for the respective category, from ranging recommendation, driving the right high GP mix of codes, planograming & merchandising guidelines.
Partners with local market directors and business insights teams to track the execution of all New Product launches and Go-to-Market plans, leverage and highlight key markets leading change.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to deliver the growth objectives, and build an APAC community for sharing best practices and scales success.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and fluent in English
10-12 years total business experience required across multiple FMCG environments
Strong prior experience in customer management, negotiation, business analytics, and/or customer marketing
Strong ability to leverage a deep understanding of key business drivers to create high-payout category plan. Integrate customer, shopper, financial, and marketplace data to create compelling rationale for business plans.
Proven record in project management skills at regional level and ability to manage funds and resources, identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands to deliver the greatest outcome for the company.
Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and drive choices from a deep understanding of regional and local market business opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to work in multi-functional cross-cultural teams as well as effective communication and negotiation skills based on data-driven insights and facts.
Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor skills and presentation style to a variety of key decision makers.
Ability and passion to coach and develop reporting staff members.
Up to 40% travel may be required.
