Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Development:Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and research within the industry. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients. Understand client requirements, offer tailored solutions, and clearly communicate the value of our printing and IT services. Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and concerns.
  • Market Research and Insights:Keep abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to uncover new opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proposal and Quotation Preparation:Develop accurate and competitive pricing proposals for clients, effectively communicating our value proposition. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Sales Tracking and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales opportunities within the CRM system. Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Revenue Growth:Drive revenue growth by effectively selling our printing and IT services and products.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Previous sales experience in IT office automation or a related industry is a plus.
  • Proactive and motivated, with a strong drive for excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding set objectives.
  • IT literate and having a personal vehicle is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about interacting with customers and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English.
  • A self-driven individual with a positive mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the printing and IT sectors, and a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Must possess a personal vehicle (monthly transport allowance of $800) or, if not, the company will provide a Corporate Grab transport allowance up to $800 for client visits.
