Job Description
- Raise and create purchase requisitions for procurement of goods/services, as required.
- Select and evaluate appropriate suppliers.
- Generate and verify Purchase Order (PO).
- Expedite and track progress of delivery for all Purchase Orders.
- Maintaining records of goods received and ordered.
- Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports.
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Review requested items for requisition and liaise with department supervisors to determine the suitability of the material as well as identify and / or track overdue material requests.
- Maintains records of material inventory, asset inventory reports and status and location of materials.
- Preparation of cost analysis sheet.
Job Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in supply chain management, Business Administration, procurement or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in Construction industry.
- Familiar with construction material and specification.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and do over-time job.
- Working language is English and Chinese, have excellent listening, speaking and writing capability.
Salary will commensurate with working experiences.
