Senior Purchasing Officer

Job Description

• Raise and create purchase requisitions for procurement of goods/services, as required.
• Select and evaluate appropriate suppliers.
• Generate and verify Purchase Order (PO).
• Expedite and track progress of delivery for all Purchase Orders.
• Maintaining records of goods received and ordered.
• Monitoring and preparation of purchasing related reports.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Review requested items for requisition and liaise with department supervisors to determine the suitability of the material as well as identify and / or track overdue material requests.
• Maintains records of material inventory, asset inventory reports and status and location of materials.
• Preparation of cost analysis sheet.

Job Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in supply chain management, Business Administration, procurement or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in Construction industry.
• Familiar with construction material and specification.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and do over-time job.
• Working language is English and Chinese, have excellent listening, speaking and writing capability.

Salary will commensurate with working experiences.
