Duties of Information & Operational Technology Engineer:

  • Configure and maintain Windows & Linux servers to support ITOT operations.
  • Manage network switches, firewalls, VLANs, and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
  • Implement and maintain VMware virtualization and backup solutions.
  • Administer Microsoft services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
  • Oversee storage and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Synology NAS, Acronis).
  • Ensure ITOT infrastructure compliance with GMP and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to support IT and OT system integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and IT security issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Provide ongoing ITOT support to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in IT/OT infrastructure management.
  • Prior GMP/life sciences experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of server, network security, and virtualization.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft systems (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
