We are seeking an individual to support us Part-Time (21.5 Hours/Week) on finance, product operations, and administration across multiple product teams.

In this role, you will work with 5–10 product teams to manage budget planning, procurement, bookkeeping, and provide management with insights into overall financial planning and analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing templates and processes for budget planning in collaboration with product teams.
  2. Raising purchase orders and verifying goods received against invoices.
  3. Supporting product teams in revenue tracking and generating invoices for customers.
  4. Collaborating with the corporate finance team to ensure accurate bookkeeping, including verifying expenditure and revenue entries.
  5. Preparing and delivering periodic management reports on the financial outlook of product teams.
  6. Providing additional administrative and operational support, including meeting scheduling and other product-related tasks.

Required Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance management – e.g. budget planning and accounting.
  • Individual is expected to independently design templates and processes to work with both management and product teams in managing finances
  • Singaporean(s) Only
