- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for banking systems covering critical systems like Liabilities (IMPACS, RC+, Dynamic Pricing, Transaction Limit, Statement/Advice, Debit/ATM card) and Single Demographics (RM).
- Perform due diligence check on parameter maintenance and parameter maintenance is executed with strong controls, adhere to Wealth Risk & Controls’ Minimum Control Requirements for Parameter Update and/or Guidelines for of all Wealth Client Communication and Marketing Materials.

- Identifying process improvements/gaps to increase operation efficiency and control effectiveness.
- Participate in various system enhancements, COB testing, audits, MCA and projects testing & implementation.
- Work towards achieving optimum productivity and accuracy.
- University graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience in project, system support & checker role
- Experience with retail banking or wealth management product will be advantageous. Proven ability to deliver results with aggressing timescales.
- Experience in incident management and multiple stakeholders management will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and multi-tasking under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Process good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Process positive attitudes, able to adapt to changes fast.
- Familiar with project management processes and software development lifecycle
