  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Below position is open urgently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide facilities technical support pertaining to Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, Chemical, Gas and Bulk Gas systems in wafer fabrication as to ensure continuous supply of utilities and related facilities at the required performance level or specifications
  • Formulate, implement, review and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for systems in charge so as to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times
  • Formulate, implement, review and improve operating procedures so as to ensure optimum operation of systems
  • Monitor and review utility consumptions and work with users to implement projects to reduce the consumption where possible
  • Provide guidance and training on the systems in charge to fellow colleagues so as ensure adequate working knowledge and system backup
  • Ensure plant histories, drawings, data and other appropriate documentations are being generated and properly filed for future reference and review
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate spares, consumables and other resources necessary for the day-to-day operation of the systems

Requirements:

  • Master/ Degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Min 10 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab environment
  • Hands-on experience in day-to-day operation and maintenance is essential
  • Functional / Technical Skills and Knowledges: Operation and maintenance of Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, Chemical, Gas and Bulk Gas Systems
