Description:

• Customer Service : Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude, attending to customers' queries and concerns.

• Customer Engagement & Satisfaction : Engage in meaningful conversations with customers on concept, products and tea knowledge. Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.

• Beverage Preparation : Prepare, plate and serve food and drinks, following recipes and quality standards.

• Opening & closing of outlets

• Inventory : receiving and checking of inventory and perishables.

• Cleanliness & Organization : Maintain a clean and organized work station, including prepping ingredients, sanitizing surfaces, and keeping the cafe area tidy.

• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

• Reports to : Outlet Manager

Requirement :

• Experience and interest in F&B

• Passion for tea, including acquiring and sharing of tea knowledge

• Able to work weekends & public holidays

Skills & Abilities:

• Well-groomed with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English

• Proactive and reliable, able to adapt and learn quickly

• Ability to withstand stress and work well under pressure

Other job details:

• 5 day work week, no split shifts

• Medical claim system

• 14 days of annual leave (upon completion of probation period, prorated)
