  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Lead the execution of cross border M&A transactions in Southeast Asia.
  • Support senior bankers on new business origination.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations.
  • Direct key aspects of business and financial due diligence and drafting of marketing materials.
  • Review and negotiate transaction documentation.
  • Develop client relationships in Southeast Asia through deal execution and pitching.
  • Maintain coverage and frequent dialogue with investors & other key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Self-motivation, open-minded, passion to work on cross-border transactions and team spirit to work with colleagues around the globe.
