Project Manager - Triple A Plus Implementation
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale Temenos Triple A (T24) implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Temenos WealthSuite, T24 core banking, and integration with digital banking solutions. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a strategic mindset to drive successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Temenos Triple A (T24) WealthSuite solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailedproject plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance frameworks.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, business teams, and external vendors.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of Temenos solutions.
- Manage cross-functional teams,including developers, business analysts, testers, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure alignment between IT and business teams to achieve project goals.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Develop contingency plans and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and governance committees.
Process Improvement & Best Practices:
- Drive Agile/Waterfall/hybrid project methodologies based on project needs.
- Implement industry best practices for Temenos Triple A (T24) WealthSuite projects.
- Continuously evaluate project performance and implement process improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest Temenos upgrades and innovations.
Testing & Deployment:
- Oversee SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and production rollout.
- Coordinate with IT and business users for smooth deployment and post-go-live support.
- Ensure data migration, system interfaces, and performance testing meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Technical & Domain Expertise:
- 15+ years of experience in banking IT projects, with a focus on Temenos Triple A (T24) WealthSuite implementations.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, portfolio management, investment banking, and private banking domains.
- Experience in Temenos T24 core banking modules, including financial accounting, client onboarding, and wealth management modules.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in banking & wealth management.
Project Management Expertise:
- Proven track record in managing complex banking transformation projects with Temenos products.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP, PRINCE2,
- Agile/Scrum Master certification.
- ITIL certification (preferred but not mandatory).
