Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring business alignment and best practices.
- Manage requirements gathering, system design, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Oversee data migration strategies, ensuring data accuracy and seamless transitions.
- Act as a PMO lead, managing project timelines, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP or ERP implementation and enterprise transformation projects.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI, CO modules) and SAP HANA database management.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Waterfall.
- Experience in cloud-based ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Proven ability to lead SAP implementation teams and work within PMO structures on global projects.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (business-level proficiency required).
- Experience and understanding of IT processes in trading, consumer business, or semiconductor industries is an advantage.
