Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and analyse financial information for reporting to Management;
  • Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
  • Handling of all claims and insurances renewal
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
  • Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/CIT/WHT), audits, procedures and forms both statutory.
  • Verify on daily petty cash and monthly reimbursement claims as well as handling of staff purchase
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, (eg, invoicing, stock, cash flow and other transactions)
  • Analyzing of financial reports
  • Review and finalize accounting work completed by your team
  • To support any ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Accounting or related fields
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting
  • Possesses leadership skills
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Able to plan, analyze and solve problems, conscientious and accurate
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with the team
