  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Perform interconnect / cross connect duties based on daily customers’ requests
  • Handle and monitor interconnect services based on web-systems requests
  • Troubleshoot faculty port, interconnect issues and server components
  • Resolve issues from interconnect ticket raised (port, network, cage and cables)
  • Follow up on customers work orders and job logs based on SLA and SOP
  • Restore customers’ service to operations in a prompt and timely manner
  • Maintain, stock take and housekeeping on consumables and spares for servers and network devices

Requirement

  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in Computer Engineering or IT or Engineering certifications
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in networking equipment, cabling
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated and hands on person
  • Knowledge of networking system, server equipment, cables, switches, routers and ports
  • Certification on Data Centre Professional is highly desirable
