Support Engineer (POS System)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform system installation and configuration for POS and Retail Systems.
2. Review and contact the tenant for sales submission from the POS system.
3. Conduct system training for customers and internal technical staff.
4. Provide after-sales technical support.
5. Perform day-to-day customer support calls and issues. Report customer issues to the company support portal.
6. To diagnose and resolve customer support issues.
7. Customer on-site support (whenever is required).
8. Conduct system UAT test (when required in the project).
Requirements :
1. Diploma/Degree in Computer Study
2. On-the-job training will be provided
3. IT skills in MS Windows OS, MS Office knowledge
4. Possess good communication (written and oral) skills in the English language
5. Good telephony, emailing, problems solving, and communication skills
