Project Consultant

Responsibilities:
· Manage and deliver system solutions to customers
· Prepare and review project plan with customers and project team members
· Prepare and conduct system requirements scoping sessions to gather customer requirements
· Organize and monitor project schedules and ensure that deadlines are met
· Configure system in UAT environment based on project scope
· Conduct system walkthrough sessions
· Prepare and perform hardware installation for system Go-Live deployment
· Conduct system training for customers and team member
· Report project updates verbally and in written form to management
· Assist in pre-sales demo.
· Ensure effective project handover to support team during project closure
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
· Conduct any necessary project administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis
· Maintain good communication with project clients and stakeholders to secure project success
Requirements/Skills:
· Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related project management and
business analyst-related field
· Passionate and have a strong interest in Technology - software and hardware
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Possess a collaborative working style, resourceful team player, and positive "can-do" attitude
· Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
· Being curious for knowledge and willing to learn
· Working experience in the retail industry is a plus
