Lead Technical Architect
Project Description
We are looking for a Lead Technical Architect to design the structure of our temenos systems and
oversee project to ensure the proper architecture is implemented based on specified functional
solution . Also to make sure right and optimized technical solution is being proposed based on the
requirement
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex functional
requirements into technical solution and architecture. We'd also like you to have extensive hands-on
experience temenos T24 development and be able to manage complex programs.
Your goal will be to ensure our internal Temenos T24 systems operates properly.
Responsibilities
∙Develop solution and functional architecture for the implementation of Temenos projects
from initiation to post-live support
∙Participate in the successful development and execution of testing, data migration,
integration and cutover plans and execution
∙Configure and parametrize T24 to support client requirements
∙Participate in the integration and co-ordination between many locations globally, both
onshore and offshore, ensuring alignment across geographies and business lines
∙Understand company needs to define system specifications
∙Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
∙Communicate system requirements to software development teams
∙Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
∙Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team
members
∙Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
∙Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
∙Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
∙Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
Skills Must have
∙Practical experience in Temenos products suite
∙Detailed understanding of Temenos architecture, customization, and parametrization
techniques
∙Temenos solution design, integration and optimization skills
∙Experience in large technology projects in the financial services sector, and in particular core
banking and/or private banking
∙Good problem-solving skills and presentation skills
∙Good written, verbal communication skills & management reporting
∙Must be fluent in English - verbal and written
Nice to have
∙Detailed understanding of banking products and processes across areas such as deposits,
loans, derivatives, securities, and private banking / wealth management
∙Experience in other Temenos modules & Framerwork: TPH, Infinity, FCM and compliance,
Integration Framework, IRIS workbench and microservices
