
Automation & Manual Tester (JD#9937)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Test Analyst to conduct Manual and Automation Testing for projects in a reputed bank.
Mandatory Skill-set
- A Diploma or Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
- 2-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing;
- Strong ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test cases;
- Proficient in UAT Testing and in excel for comparisons, power query, pivot table, Jira, running superset query, PowerPoint, etc. tracking of issues and resolution;
- Skilled in test documentation, defect analysis, tracking, and reporting;
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools, particularly JIRA;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience in Automation Testing;
- Experience in Banking domain.
Responsibilities
- Support Regional CBG Credit in dashboard and data project activities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document process/data changes, and conduct UAT/regression testing;
- Create and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for UAT and regression testing, escalating critical issues promptly;
- Define mandatory checks and criteria for parallel runs/go-live with Regional CBG Credit;
- Monitor post-go-live data and dashboard performance to ensure effectiveness;
- Participate in project activities, meetings, and provide regular updates;
- Ensure timely deliverables and adherence to project governance and standards;
- Knowledge of consumer credit, collections, fraud analytics, and related metrics.
