  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  1. To manage, control and monitor daily project works, instructions and progress.
  2. Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
  3. Performs coordination with subcontractors and supervision works according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  4. To supervise workers to carry out site installation, testing, and commissioning relating to plumbing and sanitary services.
  5. Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.
  6. On-site coordination work and site inspection with clients.
  7. Ensure implementation and enhancement of quality control on-site.
  8. Attend site meetings with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project-related matters.
  9. Ensure safe work procedures control measures at the site.
  10. Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulations are complied with.
  11. Report to Project Manager or Project Engineer.
  12. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level, Professional Certificate/relevant trade certificate.
  • Possess BCSS Certificate.
  • Min. 3 years similar capacity experience in Sanitary & Plumbing Industry, M&E Industry, Electrical Industry or ACMV Industry.
  • Must be willing to work overtime - late nights and weekends if needed.
  • Ability to work indpendently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
