o Address and resolve employee issues, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

3. Performance Management

o Develop and implement performance management systems to support employee development and organizational goals.

o Coach managers and employees on performance appraisal processes and feedback.

4. Compensation and Benefits:

o Manage compensation strategies, including salary reviews and benefits administration.

o Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive pay and benefits offerings.

5. Training and Development:

o Identify training needs and facilitate development programs to enhance skills and competencies.

o Support initiative for leadership development and succession planning within the organization.

6. Compliance and Policy Management:

o Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up to date knowledge of labor market trends and practices.

o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that foster a fair and equitable work environment.

7. Workforce Planning and HR Analytics:

o Analyze HR metrics to assess workforce performance and inform strategic decisions.

o Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop succession planning.

8. Organizational Development:

o Support change management initiatives and cultural transformation efforts.

9. HR Technology Management:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or similar role.

· Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law and best practices,

· Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
