Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Facilities Management (FM) custodian for assigned venues.
- Ensure compliance of the outsourced Facilities Management (FM) contractor.
- Serve as the main point of contact regarding daily operational issues related to outsourced FM contractor.
- Support event requirements at assigned venues and conduct pre-event checks to ensure that the facilities are ready.
- Be on standby to address any facilities-related issues during events.
- Maintain a comprehensive compliance checklist for the outsourced FM contractor at assigned venues.
- Monitor the maintenance schedule to ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance is completed according to service standards and industry best practices.
- Performance on-site spot checks on the work done by outsourced FM contractor.
- Plan and conduct site inspections with the outsourced FM contractor for respective venue.
- Follow up on FM high-risk areas identified in the risk register.
- Coordinate way-finding signage, banners, posters and temporary signage for assigned venues.

Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, Infrastructure or Building services.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities operations.
- Proficiency in operating various facilities systems, including Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Fire Protection, and Plumbing.
- Experience in Building Soft Services such as Cleaning, Waste Management, Landscaping, and Pest Control.
- Experience with sports or entertainment venues is a plus.
- Strong ability to engage effectively with stakeholders on facilities-related matters.
- Confident and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to details and adept problem-solving abilities.
